Apartment 5 consists of a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed (for an additional guest). The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be converted into double beds. The apartment has a large veranda with a barbecue and private covered parking.

The minimum booking is 3 nights. The basic price changes for bookings of at least 6 nights.
For bookings of less than 6 nights, acceptance of the booking request depends not only on availability but also on contingent organizational possibilities.
The published prices and discount are stated at the daily cost per apartment and they include the “Tourist Stay Tax”. Greek law requires us to collect this tax in cash upon check-out, and separately from the rental payment. For this purpose, a separate tax receipt will be issued.
For the confirmation of the booking, an advance payment of 50% of the amount due is required, excluding Tourist Stay Tax. The rest must be paid in cash or by credit/debit card upon check-out.

If you have a newborn baby (0-3 years) you can request the use of a travel bed and related sheets without additional costs. However, the newborn guest is counted in the total of the guests present in the apartment, so if with its presence the normal capacity of the apartment will be exceeded, an additional cost will be paid as if the use of the additional bed was required.
