Do not worry. We have created our exclusive Welcome Service for you.
A service that allows you to purchase, among over 50 food products, what you want to find in the kitchen of your apartment upon arrival. You will be able to access this using the link that will be sent to you once the booking is complete, in the file attached to the booking confirmation email, and up to three days before your check-in.
Furthermore, for every booking of at least 10 days, ArokariApartments pays you the first € 30 of the purchase!
But that’s not enough! Be careful what you buy!

Air conditioning
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning. Its use must be respectful of the environment and consumption. For this reason, we ask our guests not to use the air conditioners with the entrance and the windows open, or when they are not in the apartment. Conversely, ArokariApartments reserves the right to turn off the air conditioners in the apartment from the central power station.
Furthermore, for the health of our guests, it is recommended not to keep the temperature in the apartment too different from that of the external environment. Thermal shock could generate respiratory problems such as colds, bronchitis or even pneumonia, even in the middle of summer.

Internet coverage and Wi-Fi system
ArokariApartments is equipped with a satellite internet connection system. Wi-Fi coverage is guaranteed throughout the ArokariApartments area, through a network of signal repeaters, and is accessible to our guests with reserved codes issued upon check-in.

Smart TV and satellite system
All our apartments are equipped with smart TV in the living area, which can benefit from a double satellite connection, as well as national digital terrestrial.
The system therefore allows to use the various pay TV, but their use depends on whether visitors have their own personal subscriptions.

Washing machine
All our apartments are equipped with a washing machine and its own user manual.
Detergents are also provided (washing soap, fabric softener, and limescale remover) for at least 6 washes. Detergents are replenished weekly.
Attention: ArokariApartments is equipped with a biological system of recovery of dirty water, for irrigation. For this reason, it is requested to use the detergents supplied, which are free from chemical ingredients, which can compromise the correct functioning of the biological water recovery system.
In addition, each apartment is equipped with everything necessary for hanging out washed clothes, and ironing.

Barbecue
We ask our visitors to use it responsibly.
For this reason it is important that visitors read the instructions for use carefully, to avoid causing an uncontrolled fire or damage to property or people.
The barbecue is supplied with fire starter fluid and charcoal. In case of exhaustion before the end of the stay, the refueling is charged to the customer.

Textile and bedsheets change
The change of textile takes place every six days and includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, kitchen towels, and bath mats. At the same time, the supply of toilet paper and detergents for the washing machine will also be replenished.
It is possible to request extra linen change, upon additional payment, but they will be guaranteed only if the service is purchased at the time of booking the apartment. The acceptance of any request at a later time will be subject to the organizational possibilities of the moment. The dates of delivery of the extra services will be agreed with the staff based on the quantity purchased.

Apartment cleaning
Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the day before each check-in. This procedure also provides for the complete change of crockery (cutlery, plates, pans, and accessories for preparing food). It is a procedure that takes up to 12 hours and for this reason, it is not repeated until checkout.
However, it is possible to request for a fee an additional more summary cleaning of the apartment to be carried out during the period of stay. This cleaning consists of: dusting furniture surfaces, cleaning toilets, sinks, showers, ovens & hobs, and washing floors, bed making.
Extra cleaning can be requested only if purchased when booking the apartment and it is on a weekly basis. The system will calculate, based on the number of nights booked, the maximum amount of cleaning you can request. At any subsequent time, the acceptance of their request is subject to the organizational possibilities of the moment.

Swimming pool
ArokariApartments has a swimming pool for the exclusive use of its guests and is about 100 square meters in size and 140 cm deep.
Use of the swimming pool is guaranteed only from June to September and is allowed from 8:00 in the morning until 9:00 in the evening. During the remaining time and during the night, access is not allowed for safety reasons and sanitation needs. In fact, during this time the pool is subjected to water and bottom cleaning cycles, with the use of dermatologically aggressive chemical agents and robotic machinery.
For insurance reasons, the entire pool area is under video surveillance.
For safety reasons, diving is not allowed due to the shallowness of the pool. For this purpose, the pool area is video-monitored.

Rental of beach accessories
You can rent accessories for the beach and the sea such as umbrellas, masks, fins, deck chairs, and beach chairs.
Their rental is guaranteed only if made with advance payment at the time of booking. At any later time, acceptance of their rental request is subject to availability.
The rental takes place after a security deposit, which varies according to the rented accessory. The amount of the deposit, which will be communicated to you after booking, must be deposited in cash upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.
In case of return of the accessory with damage compromising the functionality or usefulness of the product, ArokariApartments reserves the right to withhold the deposit in whole or in part, in addition to the damaged accessory. The deposit does not replace the amount to be paid for the rental. Normal wear and tear of the rented product are not considered damage.
HOW TO CARRY OUT THE RESERVED RENTAL
You can rent the desired accessory during step 2 of the booking form, choosing the quantity and (where provided) the size.
You will find the rented accessories directly in the apartment upon check-in.
SANITIZATION AND PACKAGING OF HYGIENICALLY SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Products such as masks, snorkels, and fins are sanitized by immersion in boiling water and subsequent washing with specific antibacterial products. They are then immediately packaged to ensure sterility upon delivery to the customer.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the price of the stay. This service is not provided in the low season and can be suspended in case of staff shortage.
Upon arrival, a validation card is provided for this purpose to be used during the stay.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 11:30 at the ArokariApartments bistrò and includes a set menu per person, consisting of:
alternatively: coffee, cappuccino, milky coffee, tea, or milk;
alternatively: a croissant, two slices of bread with butter and jam, 2 hard-boiled eggs, an omelet with bacon, Tiropita, Zambonotiropita, or finally a ham and cheese sandwich.

Room service
Room service is provided only for breakfast and only upon reservation by the previous evening. Conversely, this service is not guaranteed.
This service is not provided in the low season and can be suspended in case of staff shortage. The provision of the service includes an additional cost.

Exclusive covered parking
Each apartment has its own exclusive covered parking. The parking space is suitable for one vehicle only. Parking and access for a second vehicle are not guaranteed. If the guest wishes to stay with two vehicles or with vehicles over 210 cm high, you must expressly request it at the time of booking, indicating it in the notes on the booking form, to ensure the availability of adequate parking.
No access to campers and caravans.

Car Rental Service
ArokariApartments collaborates with a company, based in Kalamata, specializing in the rental of different types of cars. The collaboration has the only purpose of facilitating the client as much as possible during his stay in our apartments. ArokariApartments does not make any kind of profit from this service, offering itself, free of charge, as an intermediary between its client and the company providing the service.

Shuttle Service
ArokariApartments collaborates with a company, specializing in the transport of people, through the use of vehicles such as taxis, minivans, or even specific means for people with disabilities. The collaboration has the only purpose of facilitating the client as much as possible during his stay in our apartments. ArokariApartments does not make any kind of profit from this service, offering itself, free of charge, as an intermediary between its client and the company providing the service.
