A 20 passi dalla spiaggia, appartamenti nuovi e spaziosi con vista mare completamente attrezzati e immersi un una campagna verde e silenziosa, con piscina, posto auto, patio attrezzato, non manca davvero nulla, gestito da una coppia italo-greca che vi farà sentire a casa, posizione perfetta per visitare il Peloponneso, con tante cose da.vedere nelle immediate vicinanze (da lunghi storici a spiagge c'è veramente tutto!)

Our stay at Arkaria Apartments was wonderful. All around beauty and serenity. This place is amazing! The apartments are taken care to the very last detail, spacey and perfectly designed. Literally there is nothing missing that you may need during your stay, there were like 3 sizes Bialetti Moka in our apartment :). The whole complex is really nicely set, and right next to a wonderful beach, right in front of the apartments. Pietro is a great host, really helpful with everything and discreet. Definitely will visit again !!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Arokaria Apartments. The apartment is beautifully designed, The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s such a joy to sit and relax in the lovely garden or near the pool. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and it’s absolutely great! The water a crystal clear and very calm. It is also not very deep so children can enjoy it too. The host Pietro was very responsive and welcoming and the communication with him was very good. In short, if you are looking for a wonderful apartment with a pool and A beautiful beach I highly recommend Arokaria apartments.

We had a wonderful stay in Magnolia apartment at Arokaria! The apartment is great, and provides everything you need when you are on vacation. Very well equipped, modern clean and nice. The terrace has a beautiful view and furniture including sun beds. The host Pietro met us in the village to escort us to Arokoria, and had provided us with mineral water, breakfast ingredients, fruit and beer. before arrival. The location is perfect 50 meters from the beach and 10 minutes to Charakoria by car, the nearest village. I hope I'll come back soon and I highly recommend Arokaria.

Incantevole diadema incastonato nel verde di una natura selvaggia che vi sorprenderà. Se cercate il fascino dei profumi e dei sapori di una terra ricca e densa di storia così come di bellezze naturali questo é il posto che fa per voi! Servizio eccellente, struttura da dieci e lode. Non è facile descrivere con le sole parole l'incanto di questo luogo selvaggio e garbato nello stesso tempo. Immersi nella magia di una natura incontaminata si è subito pervasi da una sensazione di eterno, come se gli antichi miti aleggiassero ancora fra uliveti e vitigni. Le strutture ricettive (di pregio e qualità) sono in armonia con l'ampio e rigoglioso parco privato che ospita gli appartamenti. La lunga falce di spiaggia (dalla quale si può osservare anche l'imponente profilo del monte Taigeto) permette piacevoli passeggiate lungo la costa di un Egeo dalle acque così limpide, ricche e invitanti da sembrare quasi presuntuoso nella sua maestosa perfezione. A pochi chilometri di strada, in ogni direzione, si possono raggiungere località storiche che furono di vitale importanza per lo sviluppo della cultura e dell'arte nel bacino mediterraneo e non solo. Per non dilungarmi troppo mi fermerò qui ma... mi fermerei assai più volentieri laggiù. Di nuovo.

Finalmente la nuova gestione si è decisa ad usufruire dei servizi di recensione di Google per farsi conoscere. Ho potuto apprezzare già 7 volte questa realtà. L'ultima l'anno scorso quando ho potuto notare i notevoli investimenti fatti dal figlio del proprietario nel rilevarne la gestione. Se prima il punto di forza di questo posto era l'ambiente paradisiaco in cui era immerso, tra ulivi, vigneti, cipressi, pini e abeti a 50 metri (reali) da un mare cristallino caldo e poco profondo in cui poter oziare cullati dal delicato ondeggiare dell'Egeo, ora è anche la qualità e bellezza degli alloggi, totalmente ristrutturati, e dei servizi di cui si può usufruire durante il proprio soggiorno: una connessione WiFi internet presente sia all'interno degli appartamenti che in tutto il perimetro fino alla spiaggia; la TV con connessione satellitare e le funzioni Smart che mi hanno permesso di collegare il mio cellulare e guardare i miei programmi direttamente nello schermo televisivo; il nuovo e comodissimo servizio di "welcome service" che mi ha permesso di trovare al mio arrivo, il primo giorno di permanenza, la spesa già fatta è consegnata presso l'appartamento; la possibilità di noleggiare l'ombrellone la maschera e le pinne, invece di dovermele portare dall'Italia. E poi ... il panorama dalla veranda dell'appartamento THEAMA non è descrivibile a parole, ti fa quasi dimenticare quanto sia bello trascorrere i pomeriggi all'ombra del grande olivo all'esedra posta a 10 metri dal mare che da sempre rende unico il relax delle mie ferie in questo paradiso greco.

Massimiliano: Posto fantastico!!!...i proprietari sono persone squisitissime. Appartamenti molto accoglienti e a pochi minuti di auto ci sono tutti i servizi. Mare a 50 metri dagli appartamenti in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per una vacanza in relax. Il mare e’ cristallino. Ci ritorniamo anche quest’anno. Complimenti per l’accoglienza.

This is paradise !!! Arokaria Apartments are a hidden gem ,a unique place for relaxation, tranquillity and privacy. We stayed for 7 days in “Theama” apartment. A spotless clean apartment fully equipped. The apartment had a wonderful terrace with stunning view of the sea. The beautiful designed and maintained grounds lead to the sandy beach which is secluded and it is protected by “ARCHELON” since the turtles lay their eggs there. Petros and Kiara are exceptional hosts. To anyone seeking a holiday in paradise this is the place to be. We highly recommend “Arokaria apartments “ and definitely hope to return in the future

I spent nine fantastic days. When Petros, the owner, came to pick me up in Charakopio I was frightened honestly, because in the last 500 meters of the road I thought I was lost in the jungle. But as my father said, the road to heaven is never straight and easy. In fact, when I arrived at the gate an unforgettable show opened up. A blue sea framed by pine, olive and palm trees. Fantastic! Since then it has been one surprise after another. The modern apartment is complete with every imaginable comfort including free internet access that reaches the beach. The beach with a very clean sea is a few meters from a huge beautiful panoramic exedra, which offers you shade throughout the day sitting comfortably lounging around. The cleanliness is impeccable, not only in the apartment but also outside. The owners, Petros and Kiara, clean all the paths and courtyards every day, but with the utmost attention not to disturb the peace of their guests. They are kind and always available people who took care of us in all our requests. And we did not miss anything even a local guide that send you via whatsapp, where all the most important commercial activities are listed, such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMs, each with gps coordinates to be easily reached by mobile phone. And finally the quiet. QUIET with capital letters. Only the waves of the sea, the cicadas and the crickets and in the distance the crowing of the rooster in the morning while you get lost watching the sunrise rising from behind the Taygetus. I have found paradise!

Μια μικρή και αξεχαστη γωνιά του παραδείσου. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ επαγγελματικοί, ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι καινούργια, όμορφα και πλήρη με όλες τις ανέσεις, . Τίποτα δεν λείπει. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα μέρος για να κάνεις ηλιοθεραπεία ήσυχα χαραγμένος στις ξαπλώστρες λίγα μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, ή για να μείνεις στη σκιά της τεράστιας εξέδρας πέντε μέτρα από την παραλία. Υπάρχει κάλυψη στο ίντερνετ ακόμη και στους εξωτερικούς χώρους. Όλα πολύ καθαρά και άνετα. Το μόνο μικρό πρόβλημα είναι το τελευταίο κομάτι τού δρόμου, πολύ αδιαπέραστο και στενό. Αλλά το ξεχνάς αμέσως όταν λούζεσαι από το πανόραμα της ακτής. Αυτό το μέρος είναι το καλύτερο για όσους σάν εμάς ψάχνουν ηρεμία με οικογένεια και μικρά παιδιά. Ευχαριστώ Πέτρος και Κιάρα. Μας δώσατε μια αξέχαστη εβδομάδα. Κρίμα μόνο που πέρασε πολλή γρήγορα. Όλα τελείωσαν πολύ νωρίς και πρέπει ήδη να επιστρέψουμε στη θορυβώδη Αθήνα.

We hardly left the place, it was magic. The plot is planted with olive trees, banana trees, rows of vines, palm trees and of course arokarias, a great place for toddler adventures. The sea underneath has amazing shallow waters ideal to relax and play. The apartments fully equipped with absolutely everything. The owners are fantastic, caring for every detail and mostly that you have a good time. Perfect for families.

Seit 19 Jahren kommen wir im Sommer regelmässig an diesen wunderschönen Ort zwischen Oliven mit direktem Zugang zum Meer, Früher als unser Sohn noch klein war, wohnten wir in dem alleinstehenden Häuschen. Seitdem Pietro die Apartments von seinem Vater übernommen und erneuert hat, haben wir ins Haupthaus gewechselt und geniessen auf der Terrasse den wohl schönsten Ausblick an der Perouglia Beach hinüber zur Mani, die je nach Tageszeit in einem anderen Licht erscheint, nach Koroni mit den weissen Häusern und den Überresten der grossen Burganlage oder ganz einfach über das wunderbar blaue Meer, das leise und angenehm zu hören ist. Seit Jahren nehmen wir auch Freunde mit, die in einem eigenen Apartment nahe und doch unabhängig mit uns die Ferien verbringen.

Arokaria Apartments is a wonderful site. The apartment is beautiful. Everything is new and absolutely clean. The hosts are very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We could always reach them via telephone or whatsapp and they answered very fast or stopped by (they live next to the apartment). The landscape is awsome and there are many interesting sites to visit nearby.

Una fantastica vacanza. Fare colazione comodamente seduti sotto un ulivo a 3 metri dal mare e come panorama l’alba sul mare è qualcosa che non ha prezzo!!! C’è una pace senza paragoni per noi che viviamo nel caos di Cuneo. Si è isolati dal mondo eppure hai tutto a 10 minuti di macchina.
L’ospitalità e l’accoglienza dei proprietari è stata impeccabile. Inoltre arrivare all’appartamento e trovare il frigo già pieno fa la differenza tra l’ansia di dover correre a fare la spesa e trascorrere il primo risveglio nella tranquillità di avere già tutto quello che serve per fare colazione.

Les plus belles vacances de septembre de tous les temps. L'emplacement est fantastique. Tout à portée de main, y compris une mer inoubliable à quelques mètres de notre appartement! Une paix incroyable et le lever du soleil derrière l'inoubliable Taigeto. Les olives Kalamata préparées par M. Thano sont spectaculaires!

Tutto bellissimo e indimenticabile ! Accoglienza bellissima. Privacy, tranquillità e mare unici. Ho visto pure le tartarughe Caretta Caretta !!! L’appartamento è veramente a due passi dal mare !!! Potrei stare ore a raccontarvi 15 giorni di puro relax ma è meglio se venite a vedere di persona. Un bacione ai proprietari che ci hanno trattati con il tappeto rosso !
